<description>&lt;p&gt;DST should be stopped.  There is no more energy saving - or very little - since most folks don&apos;t alter their usage patterns.  One time setting all the time.  Then the folks in Indiana and Arizona won&apos;t be all that special anymore.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
