Friday Afternoon Videos: Trapped In The Closet

There have been many epic songs (think "Paradise by the Dashboard Light”) and videos (think "November Rain”) in our lifetime, but no one has taken it to the extreme that R. Kelly has. Two years ago, R. Kelly released chapters one through five for his epic “Trapped in the Closet.” We’re bringing you those first five chapters, but if you want to see the remaining 17 chapters (you have nothing else to do this weekend, right?), you’re on your own.

Kelly released the novelty song and video – even though we’re not sure if he meant it to be a novelty – two years ago. Since then, he has slowly released more chapters in the epic. All 22 chapters can be found here.

“Trapped in the Closet” spun-off some great parodies, including a piece in one of our favorite South Park episodes, a hilarious skit on Mad TV, and, of course, from “Weird Al” Yankovic.

R. Kelly performs at the Toyota Center Saturday Sunday night.
