Concert Preview: Stevie Wonder at Toyota Center

Steveland Hardaway Judkins is in town tonight. Why aren't you excited?

Wait, you might know him by his stage name: Stevie Wonder. That's right, the R&B/pop master graces the stage of the Toyota Center as part of the final leg of his current tour.

In fact, we expect to hear a minimum of two Stevie Wonder tracks at every wedding party we attend, and not just because we actually request that the DJ squeeze it in between "Celebration" and pretty much any Al Green song. It's not our fault "For Once In My Life" and "You Are The Sunshine Of My Life" pull on our heartstrings the way they do.

But let's be honest, though: even as kids we knew how awkward a song "Ebony and Ivory" was. It didn't even make for a good video. (We wonder if anyone told Stevie that they didn't need that full band shot at the end seeing as how none of the instrumentation in the song calls for said full band.)
