Houstonians Sue Microsoft
Three local XBOX Gamers have sued Microsoft claiming breach of contract after not being able to connect to XBOX Live, inhibiting their ability for online play. Microsoft sold over 4 million units near the end of 2007 but failed to upgrade their online game servers.
