• A man and a woman are both dead after an apparent murder-suicide last night. The incident occurred on Chewe Street near Hershe Street around 12:30 a.m. this morning.

• A motorcyclist was killed in an accident with an 18-wheeler on I-45 north around 3 a.m. this morning. The accident occurred in the northbound lanes near the intersection of the Hardy Toll Road.

• Yao Ming has been voted on the NBA All-Star Team for the sixth consecutive time. It pays to have a few billion folks back home voting for ya!
