• The body of a man who drowned in Lake Houston has been recovered. The body was found around 7 a.m. this morning.

• A Houston man has been charged with running an escort service on the internet using Craigslist. The man is also charged with having sex with a minor.

• The search for a missing pregnant woman in northwest Houston has been expanded. The woman has been missing for 15 days and her expected due date is on Thursday.

• Homes and businesses in northwest Harris county suffered some damage during the storms that rolled through town yesterday. There were no reported injuries.

• One person is dead after a shooting this morning around 3:30 a.m. in the 8800 block of South Braeswood. The shooting occurred in the parking lot of an apartment complex.

• The Rockets try to extend their winning streak to 8 straight games tonight as they host the Sacramento Kings at the Toyota Center at 7:30 p.m. Let's go Rockets!
