<description>&lt;p&gt;It&apos;s a beautiful space but I think you could get 3-4 times the &quot;bang for your buck&quot; by renting.
They seem to be applying the same strategy that computer printer  manufacturers use. 
 They are almost &quot;giving&quot; you the product ($422,500 for the unit)
and then they make the big money selling you the ink ($566.00 per month maintenance fees).
It seems to me that if you combine the $566 monthly maintenance
fee with what your mortgage payments &amp; taxes would be that you could afford to rent one hell of a place.
As for me, I&apos;m saving my pennies &amp; collecting cans so I can buy that mid-century modern on Chimney Rock.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
