I remember seeing a man walking late at night ( I worked 3rd shift) and sometimes I'd see him in the morning. He would either be downtown, on Westheimer near Lamar High, and once I saw him resting at the Whataburger 0n Westheimer near Winrock or Greenridge at 2:30 A.M. This was in the 80's & early 90's. Ayway - the guy in the photo kinda looks like him.</p>
