<description>&lt;p&gt;That&apos;s not the guy that would walk from downtown to west of the Galleria 24/7 is it ??? I remember seeing a man walking late at night ( I worked 3rd shift) and sometimes I&apos;d see him in the morning. He would either be downtown, on Westheimer  near Lamar High, and once I saw him resting at the Whataburger 0n Westheimer near Winrock or Greenridge at 2:30 A.M. This was in the 80&apos;s &amp; early 90&apos;s.
Ayway - the guy in the photo kinda looks like him.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
