I'll do that, but, her veggie dumplings are "induplicable". Dumplings, or potstickers or whatever you want to call them. I'm partial to "tasty steamed/pan fried packets of love and nirvana" myself. The perfect food, cold dumplings make a lovely breakfast too......

Hey, why NOT try this at home? I've been making my own steamed dumplings for a while. It's pretty simple if you buy the wrappers pre-made. I suggest shanghai-style wrappers, found in the freezers at either HK Mkt or Golden Foods ~$3/75. Just season a little ground pork with garlic, 5-spice, shitake, rice vinegar, and chili oil. Drop a dollop on the wrapper, fold, and steam for 15min. You can get creative and add whatever else boils your water: Green onion, cilantro, water chestnut, tofu, or what I call the Forrest Gump- peas & carrots.

I dunno about longer, slower lines... I'm of the school that skips breakfast and then gets lunch promptly at 11, so I haven't noticed any downside to the Doozo move.

I'm also one of the few Doozo patrons who occasionally orders from their two-item non-dumpling menu and gets "Noodles and Soy Bean Paste," because, you know, it's hard to find good paste nowadays. And Doozo makes really good paste.
