Native Texan author Lisa Landolt will be at Katy Budget Books this evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for a book signing to promote her newest book, Good Man Hunting. Wine and cheese will be provided for all attendees.

And even better than that? The bookstore will also be hosting a contest for the most extreme dating story, with a $50 gift certificate (which goes pretty far in a bargain bookstore) going to the person who went the furthest to get that first date.

So polish up your most creative first-date tale and go give that gift certificate a shot!
