This Sunday, June 1, Houston-area cancer patients, survivors, their families and caregivers will gather for a celebration of survivorship. Survivorship Houston will feature speakers, entertainment and plenty of opportunities for attendees to learn about cancer survivorship services in the Houston area. Are you frustrated with medical insurance coverage? Interested in wellness and cancer prevention? Curious about the advances made in cancer treatment? Planned programs will address these and other complex issues faced by survivors. Attendees can also participate in the interactive "Wall of Inspiration" where loved ones with cancer, living or passed, are recognized and honored.

Houstonist is proud of the progress made in cancer treatment right here in Houston. Come join us on National Cancer Survivors' Day for a free celebration of survivorship.
