Speak of the Devil

060508_harrywinston.jpgCalling all girly-book fans! Lauren Weisberger, author of the hugely-bestselling pop culture icon The Devil Wears Prada and the equally-witty Everyone Worth Knowing, will be on hand tonight at Blue Willow Bookshop to discuss her new book, Chasing Harry Winston.

Chasing Harry Winston is Weisberger's newest tale of life and love in the Big Apple. Following three best friends whose lives have all recently changed in dramatic and harrowing ways, it tells the story of embracing change and the enduring bonds of friendship. While most Houstonians don't relate to life in NYC, we can certainly relate to failed marriages, rocky career paths, vicious frienemies and friends that will happily see you through all of those trials.

Weisberger will be signing copies of Chasing Harry Winston and answering questions over glasses of free champagne tonight starting at 7:00 p.m. Whitney Casey of "Great Day Houston" will also be on-hand to moderate questions and discuss the new book. To get your copy of Chasing Harry Winston signed, you will need to purchase it at Blue Willow Bookshop; copies bought elsewhere are sadly ineligible to get that signature.
