i think it's really interesting that we confirmed that goode co is overrated. kozy kitchen used to be famous for their barbequed veal, but that menu item died when they had their fire last year. the 'cue i had there last week wasn't nearly as bad as it was on saturday. and i did actually tell all the bbq joints that they were competing in a bbq contest. i wanted to give them incentive for getting our orders right, obviously still a hard thing to accomplish. i still think it's funny that swinging door cubed all of their brisket for us. what were they thinking?
