This is not an activity that is limited to just kids, adults also ask for autographs. The seasoned autograph seekers usually have a sharpie rubber banded to whatever they want signed. When the player acknowledges the autograph seeker, the object is tossed to the player, pen and all. Houstonist has seen baseballs, baseball cards, 8 x10's, magazines and much more all signed by players from both the home and visiting teams.
