Check out this bugger! It's a Robber Fly also known as a "Southern Bee Killer" - This bug was identified by flickr user Cheynn who said, "Although it mimics a bumblebee, this is a true robber fly within the order Diptera. They feed on bees, wasps, grasshoppers, other flies and even some spiders."
