Houstonist Was There: PUSH Novice Skateboard Workshop

Houstonist headed out early this morning to the Lee and Joe Jamail Skatepark to check out the PUSH Novice Skateboard Workshop.

There were over 70 kids in attendance who all showed up to learn how to skate and pick up tips from seasoned veterans who were the instructors for the morning.

Some of the instructors included Barry Blumenthal, David Sosa, Mike Niemann, Charlie Urquhart, Brandon Brookshire and several others who have all been pictured on the skatehouston.info site. The guys were great with the kids and the kids showed amazing enthusiasm.

Here’s to PUSH for hosting another skate workshop and doing another great thing for the community!
