So what is the First Saturday Arts Market? It's a place for local artists and artisans to get together and bring the fine citizens of Houston their wares. You will find many varied types of art, food and music. This weekend's entertainment includes Duke Jones opening at 11 a.m. followed by Fahl & Folk at 2pm then The Fun Country Band at 4, who we hear are a really fun band and you, your family and friends should come out and see why.

The admission, parking and shuttle service around The Heights (until 4pm) are all free! The First Saturday Arts Market takes place at 548 W. 19th Street, Houston, TX 77008 in the Wind Water Gallery parking lot.

Come on out and support local art, take in some music and make new friends!
