ArtStorm Opening - A Course Portal

Looking for something trippy to do this Friday? Head over to ArtStorm in the Caroline Collective Compound and check out Houston artist Philip Durbin as he will be unveiling his largest compilation to date of psychedelic paintings, prints and wearable art.

The show, entitled, A Coarse Portal will transport visitors into a world of dynamic and provocative imagery, all-at-once playful and humorous while also brooding and dark.

The opening reception takes place on a Friday, October 24, from 7pm - 10pm, featuring DJ Ceeplus Bad Knives and KTRU alum PRKL8R.

This exhibition will be on view from October 24 through November 22, 2008.
