There's nothing to "enjoy" about the Katy Freeway. 18 lanes or not, it still eventually narrows down to two/three lanes and what's to like about traffic anyway.

I'm always surprised when Houston doesn't make it onto one of those random Forbes.com lists, frankly. When you're as big as we are, there's always some facet of our city to rank somewhere for something...

I lived in Houston from 1982 - 1999. I believe the entire time I was there, construction was happening on the Katy Freeway. I read, yesterday, about the construction being completed. I was shocked! After all of these years. Finally!! I just wish I could be there to enjoy it.
