On Saturday, the Houston Cougars (5-4, 4-1 CUSA) routed the Tulane Green Wave (2-7, 1-4 CUSA) 42-14 at Robertson Stadium.

Quarterback Case Keenum lead the offensive explosion going 29-for-40 with 384 yards and four touchdowns. Freshman running back Bryce Beal rushed 21 times for 176 yards and two touchdowns. The win keeps the Cougars in the thick of the CUSA title hunt as they prepare to face the Tulsa Golden Hurricane (8-1, 5-0 CUSA) for a shot at a share of first place next weekend at Robertson Stadium.
