I, too, have had a bad experience at the Cookie Jar. I was planning an event for the women and children of the Women's Center. I called around several bakeries to see if any would be interested in donating some cupcakes.

The Cookie Jar relpied with a VERY rude, "We don't DO donations. (click.)"

Thankfully, a very generous Sugar Baby's on Shepherd was more than happy to donate all their left overs from a Saturday night, for the SUnday event. Perfect. They would have thrown them out anyway.

The very reason i ALWAYS recommend Sugar Baby's.

Also have had great experiences at Crave. And LOVE the icing at Crave. Think i prefer the batter at SB, though.

Word gets around, bad customer service gets around this town. Im glad they closed.
