Here's a Photo of the Day that comes with a recipe from the photographer.

Cupcake truffles, about the easiest recipe out there.

Make a mix cake according to the instructions on the box. When cool, crumble the cake and stir in one can of frosting (flavors are up to you...I used fudge cake and cream cheese frosting). Form mixture into balls and freeze. Dip in melted chocolate and decorate.
