<description>&lt;p&gt;Um, seriously?  They want the city to close the intersections so the trains don&apos;t have to blow their horns?  They should have taken the time to realize that there are train tracks nearby.  Move back to the suburbs and quit ruining Houston for the rest of us, people.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
