For the Week of April 20th - 22nd, 2009
Here's the long and short it: Warehouse Live is home to three should-be-astounding shows over the next three days. Anytime that The Faint, Black Label Society, and Spoon all appear on your stage on back-to-back-to-back nights, you're doing something right as a venue. Then again, if we didn't encourage people to go see Black Label Society, Zakk Wylde might punch us in the face. Also, we must declare that it's never a good idea to pass up watching Britt Daniel and the men of Spoon perform. However, if we had to recommend one concert to attend in the first half of this week, it would be Mogwai and The Twilight Sad over at Numbers. The only way that show could get any more Glaswegian would be if Stuart Murdoch and/or Belle and Sebastian made a surprise appearance on stage.
