Daily-ist: Monday

::Mayoral Forum on the Arts::

The Houston Mayoral race is heating up. It seems like our inboxes can't go 30 minutes without learning about how much money Annise Parker has raised, or that Peter Brown wants to be our friend on Facebook.

In an effort to learn about where our candidates stand on the state of the arts in Houston, the MFA is hosting the Mayoral Forum on the Arts tonight at Brown Auditorium.

Confirmed Participants:
Peter Brown
Gene Locke
Roy Morales
Annise Parker

A mayoral forum with confirmed participants regarding the relevance of arts to the City of Houston and plans for cultivating and promoting the arts community.
