For the Week of May 11th - 13th, 2009
Good afternoon Houston. Hopefully, you weathered the weekend with deft and aplomb, because between all of the great shows around town, the vast quantities of ugly mud bugs you probably consumed at the 2nd Annual Houstonist Crawfish Boil on Saturday, and taking care of Mom on Sunday, we're quite certain that you were all busy little bees. The next few days are comparably light, which is excellent, as this weekend will also be jam-packed with events. If you're in search of recommendations, go check out You(genious) and Fat Tony at Caroline Collective on Monday night and then make your way to Walter's On Washington on Wednesday night for the folk-tastic sounds of Elvis Perkins In Dearland.
