Houston We Have Liftoff: STS-125 now in Space

NASA just successfully launched Atlantis on STS-125 to intercept with the Hubble Telescope.

For an interesting look at the preparation leading up to the launch from one of the astronauts on board the Atlantis, Houstonist suggests you follow Mike Massimino. While he may not have the time to tweet in space (he says he'll try to through e-mail to contacts at NASA), his previous entries add quite a bit of insight into the process.
