H-Town Rock

For the Week of May 18th - 20th, 2009

As slim as the concert pickings might appear to be in the early part of this week, there are still decent shows available. Our alpha male engineer friend will start the week off reliving college raves by attending The Crystal Method over at House Of Blues. Tuesday will find our crazy roommate drinking too much and staying up too late on a work night as he enjoys the music of thelastplaceyoulook at Gary's Spot out in BFE/OTB (aka Tomball). Wednesday finds us choosing between the singer-songwriter stylings of Chase Hamblin and Andrew Karnavas, but we're going to opt for Karnavas at Dean's, mostly because we really dig his beard.

Monday, May 18th
Andre Legacy, Dirt Nasty, and Beardo at Warehouse Live
Chin Xaou Ti Won, Audio In The Pregap, and This Device at Mango's
The Crystal Method and L.A. Riots at House of Blues

Tuesday, May 19th
