Big fans of crawfish boils are we especially when there's a chance to give back to the community. We know you are, too, which is why we're passing on the word from our friends at Texas Girls for a Cure about their boil tomorrow.
Texas Girls for a Cure are part of Team in Training - a philanthropic marathoning group that goes the distance to raise money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The group is currently training for the Dublin, Ireland Marathon in October and have a fund raising goal of $13,000. 100% of the net proceeds from tomorrow's boil are being donated to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Get down to The Social tomorrow afternoon and feel good about eating yourself silly since you're doing it with the greater good of society in mind.
