Yelp Eats! Restaurant Week

070109_yelp.jpg Yelp.com, a business review site where locals can rant or rave about their favorite restaurants and hangouts, is hosting their first Yelp Eats! Restaurant Week in our fair city of Houston after successful endeavors in Chicago and L.A.

The basic idea is to screw the recession and have participating restaurants offer $25 prix fixe menus for a three course meal (with choices of appetizers, entrees and desserts) for an entire week.

July 20-July 26, for dinner time only, the following restaurants will be participating in the Yelp Eats! Restaurant Week: Benjy’s in the Village, Cielo Mexican Bistro, Crave Sushi, Gravitas, Mia Bella (Lexington, Main and Vintage Park locations), Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille (6 locations, click this link for more details), Pico’s Mex-Mex, Saffron, Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Voice.

A few notes to remind you of about the week long restaurant extravaganza: you need to make reservations and mention that you’ll be eating from the Yelp Eats! menu and the $25 does not include tax and tip.

Bon appétit!
