H-Town Rock

For the Week of July 27th - 29th, 2009

wiggins.jpg Well, we suppose that, after the musical overload we experienced this weekend, a light week for the calendar is inevitable. Still, Houstonist knows that there are good shows, so get out and see something!

For example, you would be a fool not to head to Boondocks tonight for the FREE Robert Ellis show. Tuesday Atlanta's Winston Audio rolls through Mango's, and from what we have heard it should be well worth it. Last, but certainly not least, Houstonist will be headed over to Super Happy Fun Land on Wednesday for a lo-fi noise show featuring How I Met Your Mother approved The Wiggins and Austin's Followed By Static [check back tomorrow for a review of their new 7"].
