Houstonist Bartender: Three Dollar Hooker

It's been hotter than a three dollar hooker (or two dollar pistol - pick your euphemism, or make one up like we did) here in H-Town, and when the scattered rains broke the heat wave, the humidity went up - net effect, still steamy, still hot and we're still all sweaty. This weeks "drink" is a shot that pays homage to just how hot our beloved town can be. We'll take the heat any ole day, as we still believe that Houston is the coolest place to live (even with the traffic, bugs and the long sultry summers). We never have to shovel the driveway, the cost of living is low (compared to other major cities) and our job market is still pretty decent - even now.

Three Dollar Hooker

1 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Peppermint Liqueur

Stir ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into shot glasses. Feel free to expand the quantities and make several at a time!!

AND drink responsibily, employ a designated driver, call a cab or have a house party. Just don't be a dumbass!!!! We still don't have your bail monies at hand, just saying.
