Welcome, welcome! We hope you had a most music-drenched weekend, as ours was. It's time to get back to the grind of the workweek, but that doesn't mean there should be a lack of music on your calendar. In fact, to help you with your spontaneous concert-going, H-Town Rock now owns its own small patch of the vast interweb plains known as Twitter, where we'll be posting details for shows each day, and doing a little shameless self-promotion.

Now let's get down to the business of forgetting our business days. Houstonist plans on starting the week off with the folk show rolling through the friendly confines of Super Happy Fun Land and its $2 beers. Tomorrow the bass-master [note: not fishing, this is a music post, Cletus] swings through Warehouse Live, and if we aren't there you'll probably find us taking in Chelsea Hotel at Avant Garden.

Wednesday finds Morrissey-approved Girl In A Coma coming to Fitzgerald's, while Disney-approved Mitchell Musso pops into House of Blues. Mucky Duck has a rare Wednesday show prior to its longstanding Irish session, and The Meridian plays host to the latest installment of suburban teen angst. We'll be heading back to Super Happy Fun Land to scope out Experimental Dental School [note: you can download a free album at: www.xdsmusic.com] and El Paso Hot Button.
