Show Tunes: Black Joe Lewis on The Late Late Show Tonight.

Well, would you look at that? Austin's very own Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears will be strutting their stuff for all to see on national television tonight when they perform on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.

Not only are we at Houstonist big fans of BJL, who in our most humble of opinions have put out one of the best albums of the year, but Lewis' band The Honeybears features local piano tickler, Ian "Big Show" Varley.

We're damn proud of the band for all the success they've accomplished this year, so we'll have to make sure to tune in and watch. The Late Late Show airs at 12:05 pm, Houston Standard Time on CBS [Channel 11].
