Friday! We are so excited about the recent football successes of our Cougars! This weekend, they "kick off" Conference USA play against UTEP (University of Texas El Paso) at 8:00 p.m. Saturday. In The Pink

1 can frozen pink lemonade
Light Rum

Make the lemonade in a pitcher according to what the can says. Fill a tall glass with ice, add 1 1/2 oz light rum and fill with lemonade. Garnish with a lemon wedge, or sprig of mint.

You can make a "sparkly" version by adding 2 parts of lemonade and 1 part club soda.
