Well folks, we nearly melted into a puddle thanks to Neko's sweet vocal chords yesterday. Fortunately we managed to recompose ourselves Alex Mack-style, and can proudly say that we've got some shows for you to attend before that day when you eat too much food with your relatives.

Tonight you'll find Houstonist at Super Happy Fun Land - we want to see if 10th Gräde Cütie can survive onstage for more than two songs. We also caught a rumor that Rocks Off's Hlemmy might make an appearance.

Even though Houstonist's adolescence will be surfing through Warehouse Live on a wave of teenage emotion tears, you won't find us in attendance. We've moved on - it's nothing personal, but we gave up the fake "cut our wrists" threats and waifish appetite long ago. Instead, we offer up The Umbrella Man's CD release at Continental Club or the noisefest that will don the stage at Notsuoh.

And somehow, that brings us to Wednesday - is it really almost turkey day? Veteran ska-punkers Voodoo Glow Skulls will hit Fitzgerald's, and you'll either find us there, at Rudyard's for Born Liars, or Boondocks for American Sharks. We'll just have to see where the week leads us.
