Rock Talk, Vol. XIII

Hooray! We're back from our holiday sabbatical with a sack full of Houston music news. Here's what we drug up this week.

Tunes
You can grab two free albums from local avant garde noisemakers About This Product.

Videos
Muhammid Ali posted a video of them playing Gotta Be A Reason at a house show. It's a good one, too.

A Dream Asleep added videos of them playing Horus vs. The Juggernauts and Jesus Stole My Bathrobe during their November EP release at Fitzgerald's.

Remember that time we hung out with The Tontons at House of Blues, and there was a video crew? Now you can see the results of said shoot.

News, etc.
Tax The Wolf swears that their album will be finished soon, with seven of eleven songs currently finished. They've also offered to e-mail folks some random/unreleased tracks, if interested.

O Pioneers!!! rolled their van in California whilst en route to Reno, Nevada. The van was totalled, but fortunately the fellas and their gear are ok.

Eddie T let us know that he's maturing - so don't hate when his tunes change - and that we should expect a mixtape within the next month as well as a new album, Strawberry Milk, in about 6 months.

We're pretty darn excited about this Female Demand EP that is out now, and specifically the [clear!] vinyl version that'll drop on New Year's Eve. More details about the vinyl and the show popped up this week.

Giant Battle Monster recorded a new song this week, and will be putting out new merchandise soon.
