Sometimes you just want a good torta. A torta is a Mexican sandwich served on a bolillo bun and usually contains some form of meat, tomato, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and avocado. There are many variations of the torta including veggie ones. If you've never tried one, treat yourself one day!
