H-Town Rock

For the week of April 5th - 7th, 2010

Well, we're still short a computer, but we're trying to get our life back into production mode. Here's the skinny on the concerts available to you over the next few days. We pledge to have new editions of Rock Talk & Ol' Samuel's Music Emporium for you this week, as well. For now, come out and see some music, and have a beer or two with us.

Tonight is sparse, but we're pretty excited that Ms. Mlee Marie will grace the stage upstairs at Boondocks. It's been a while since we've seen her perform.

On Tuesday we're going to try to slip into that Bun B show at House of Blues. If that fails, you'll find us at Notsuoh, enjoying some tunes courtesy of Ellypseas.

Wednesday is pretty crushing - there are no less than three shows at which we'd like to be. Golden Axe is headlining the bill at Super Happy Fun Land, and The Caprolites as well as The Wiggins are on the lineup at Notsuoh. If we could achieve multiplicity, we'd send two of us to these shows while we went to Wired Live to catch Maylene & The Sons of Disaster. Wherever we wind up, it'll be a noisy night - and you'll probably catch us at Mango's for the nightcap.
