Looks like we old folks won't be taking back the night quite yet: A City Council proposal to institute a 10 p.m. curfew for Houston kids younger than 17 doesn't seem to be going anywhere, KTRH reports. The current city curfew is in effect after midnight for people younger than 18, so the proposal for a tighter ordinance would have been a fairly big step — and it was one that drew fire from some councilmembers, including M.J.
