Test results showing a Houston plastic surgeon had a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit the night he reportedly hit two visiting Englishwomen with his car will be admitted as evidence in his trial, KPRC reports. Lawyers for the doctor, Mark Gilliland, argued that the test results should not be admitted because they were collected hours after the accident that left Amanda Holland and Joanna Moore severely injured.
