Houstonist is trying to attend all of the not-to-be-missed events around town this weekend, one of which is the Annual ArtCrawl taking place downtown this Saturday in the area formerly know as Frost Town. The event began in 1993 when community artists opened their studios to the public the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Since then the ArtCrawl has become one of Houston's most anticipated annual parties events. This year twenty-six studios throughout downtown and over one hundred artists will welcome the public to explore the artists' creative process and to become more familiar with the happening Houston art scene. more ›
