Today’s Photo of the Day comes from flickr user and Houstonist photo contributor mjecker. It's a boot on a barstool at Fitzgerald's in The Heights. Originally built in 1918 as a Polish dance hall, Fitz was saved from demolition in 1977. The building has seen the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughn, ZZ Top and James Brown.
