With over a year elapsed since Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans is still dealing with the aftermath of the storm. A new documentary film by Robert Mugge features displaced musicians from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina including legendary band leader, Kermit Ruffins (pictured right), who now resides in Houston.
