People who say, "Don't sweat the small stuff" have never been to Houston in August. Like a typical Houston later summer (yes, we said summer), the mercury is rising and we all have an eye on the tropics. Dr. Bill Gray, one of the most well-respected hurricane forecasters from Colorado State University announced today that his predictions 17 named storms, 9 hurricanes and 5 intense hurricanes remains unchanged from previous predictions.
