Visitors to Bolivar Peninsula may have to pay a $10 fee to park at the beach beginning this summer under a propsal being considered by the state. Revenue from sales of the $10 annual permits will go back into beach cleaning, security and goodies like portable toilets. And despite the fact that the plan has the support of the local chamber of commerce, some peninsula merchants aren't so sure it's a good thing:
