Denise faced Stage 3 breast cancer and won! Having endured a double mastectomy, seventeen rounds of chemotherapy and six weeks of daily radiation treatments - she emerged stronger. The treatment itself can get a girl down, but not this one! She fought with determination and unfettered positiveness - with perhaps a touch of sass for good measure. more ›

You know those little pink ribbons you've been seeing everywhere lately? Well, that's because October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM). NBCAM is not only a means of raising money to find a cure for breast cancer, but also a reminder to pay attention to your own breast health (if you're a woman) and to make sure the women in your life are paying attention to their breast health, too.
