Not only do we have to deal with an escalating homicide rate — there's new evidence of a regional holiday crime spree! In Katy, two Sesame Street characters are missing. It's believed vandals have kidnapped Cookie Monster and Oscar the Grouch from a front yard Christmas display. The owner is hoping the thieves will return them.
