The Houston Dragon Boat Festival kicks off at 8:30 tomorrow morning and promises a day full of exciting races as well as a celebration of Asian culture. Buffalo Bayou is about to get its first boathouse ever – but don’t start packing up your apartment to move there – this boathouse is for dragon boats.
