Lithuanian police thought their breathalyzer device was broken when they recently pulled over a truck driver and found him to have a blood alcohol content 18 times the legal limit. 41-year-old Vidmantas Sungaila registered 7.27 grams per liter of alcohol, while the country's legal limit is 0.4 grams per liter.
